I have been trying to complete my practicum since 2016 but due to illness I had to extend my practicum dates yearly until now. Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse: Instrumental in providing frequent words of encouragement via social media that give me that extra push needed to complete any nursing task that is presented. NETWORK MEMBER 3 Name: Elisha Fort, MSN Title: Revenue Utilization Review Nurse Manager Organization: Mid-Atlantic Consolidated Patient Account Center (MACPAC) Academic or Professional: Both Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse: Ms. Fort and I started at the organization around the same time. We have been moving up the management level together. We currently provider encouragement and training to each other since I am one of her Assistant Nurse Managers. Our conversations and words of encouragement usually occur via Skype or email since we are in different locations and have never met face-to-face.
