WORKING WITH SCHOOLS2I provide services along with other educators that provide services for our students that have anIEP. An IEP is a binding contract that the school district has to follow to service students whomay have a physical or mental disability. An annual IEP is done every year to go over thestudents modification, goals and accommodation. I take data on the students behavior,implement a level system, behavior intervention plan, as well as a behavior support plan,However I collaborate with many different staff throughout the day such as teachers,administrators, speech therapist and physical therapist. We collectively work together to makesure the students are successful in the school environment.
