Sr. Human Resource Chief Human Resource Officer HR Manager 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 Manage the human resources programs by developing/monitoring/reviewing plans/objectives, directing subordinates and evaluating work performance Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources or personnel departments Act as a resource person by providing advice and policy interpretation to managers/employees on human resources issues Plan human resource requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers Take part in intergovernmental/interdepartmental HR initiatives.
