In juvenile versus adult court one of the five primary facts is there is no jury in juvenile court. In many jurisdictions. The judge is the finder of fact within the trail, although this saves a lot of time for lawyers because they don’t have to pick a jury. Secondly, complaint versus petition, in adult court the defendant is charged by using complaint, but in juvenile court the child is charged with petition. Furthermore, in juvenile court the judge primarily focuses on what is best for the child and trying to rebuild them before adulthood. They could also get therapy, and education rather then just a(n) assigned punishment, which is what a(n) adult would retrieve depending upon the conviction. Next, open versus closed hearings, in juvenile court their cases are private, therefore the public may not attend, which is called a closed hearing. A(n) open hearing, which is in adult court, which means any case that is not juvenile is open to the public and anyone may attend.
