Oral Expression Oral expression debility is having the deficient aptitude to express one’s opinions, requirements, and ideas using appropriate syntactic, pragmatic, semantic, and phonological linguistic structures. This impairment affects about 7.5 million people in the USA. In school age students, 6 – 21 years old, it affects 52.4% of all students (Bernstein & Tiegerman 2014).
