Harris, Krista K. Activity 2 – Running List of How Trump Is Changing the Environment- updated for 2019. The roll-backs include reducing or removing sage measures including regulations on “blowout preventers” and other parts of the drilling apparatuses and required safety checks from independent investigators. 2) Coal Rules Rolled Back – Loosening of coal plant rules.
