In the spring semester of 2018, I was enrolled into Chemistry 111 with professor
Cristanti for lecture and Dr. Madison for Lab. As per the syllabus, these courses considered
“intermolecular forces, properties of liquids and solids, physical properties of solutions,
chemical kinetics, chemical equilibrium, acids and bases, solubility equilibria, thermodynamics,
redox reactions, and electrochemistry”. We also were able to practice and study these ideas in
the lab. In class, we covered all material mentioned in the syllabus and then were tested on it.
This course is related to my educational objectives because I am interested in perusing a job in
the medical field. My goal is to become an Emergency Room physician and by taking chemistry,
I was able to learn the basic concept of atoms and molecules and the fundamental science for
physicians. In this course, I definitely acquired new knowledge. This course went much more in
depth than any other chemistry class I have taken. I was able to develop more of an interest
