RESEARCH PROJECT REPORT 2 Executive Summary This research study focuses on the analysis of the tourism packages offered by INZET Ltd. The study uses both primary and secondary research to determine the strengths and weakness in the tourism packages offered by the organization to its clients. Secondary research involves collecting information from credible databases whereas the primary research involves collecting data through survey and interview methods. The main findings of the study are technological advancements and effective marketing strategies are the pillars of successful operations of the organization. Therefore, it concluded that INZET Ltd should establish a comprehensive e- commerce system and adopt a proper marketing digital strategy in order to improve its operations and gain a competitive advantage in the market.
