JOE & SALLY MOOCHER 2 Essay Joe & Sally Moocher have been described by Dr. John A. Parnell as a team member who is “unwilling or unable to make an appropriate contribution to the team effort”. (Parnell, J.A., January 13, 2014). Joe or Sally Moocher rely on their fellow teammates to carry the load of the project in which they should be contributing. They always come up with excuses, oftentimes very valid ones, for not being able to devote the time, or the ability, to a project. Most, if not all, students at the University of Redlands are very committed individuals. Whether it be school, work or family, students are very busy people. However, to be an effect team member, and contribute to a successful group project, whether it be for a school grade or vital work effort, a true commitment must be made by all team members.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
