Introduction Janta Multiple Campus Itahari was established in 2045 as a public Collage. It is affiliated to Tribhuvan University of Nepal and has been running classes of different levels aiming at providing higher education. Recently, here are more than 2200 students are studying from +2 to Master's degree Level. There are four faculties; Science, Management, Education and humanities are running in +2 level. Likewise, three faculties: Education, Management and Humanities have been producing medium level of human resources in different subject areas. Master's degree is also running with education and management faculties for the purpose of developing high level human resources. Based on the local resources and major resource as the students, i.e. the resources such as people’s collective contribution and the tuition fee drawn from the students, the campus has already produced thousands of educated manpower qualified and competitive enough for the national and international levels. Janta Multiple Campus is one of the beneficiaries regarding the Reform Grants (Scheme –B) under the Second Higher Education Project (SHEP). Having made a written agreement between the UGC and this campus upon the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), UGC has agreed to provide the financial assistance under the provision of the project. An important part of the educational institution is to produce competent and efficient manpower. They are actually graduates of different levels. The efficiency and competency of the institution is measured on the basis of the graduates produced. Another important measuring condition of the quality considered in the whole implementation of the UGC project is the employability of the graduates. To find out the employability condition, salary range, designation and the official status of the graduates were drawn using the form provided by the UGC. As per the campus record; a survey was carried out using the tracer study form provided by the UGC department.
