I’ve been asked to create a website for a major company’s finance department. The employees of this company will utilize this website in order to calculate the incomes taxes they expect to pay. The major components expected of any website are for it to be visually appealing and easy to use. In the case of this website I am looking at calm, warm colors. These include neutral browns and tans as well as pale greens and possibly pale blue. The ease of use means it will be simplistic and ensure that it has clear boxes and an obvious submit button. The client has requested several features to be included in this design. The background of the page, will be in a light tan color and would ideally host the company’s logo as part of the footer. The page text will start with a bold level 1 heading reading “Income Tax Calculator”. The heading will be done in dark brown, bold, Arial font. The top bar will contain a link to an additional “About” page as well as a “Contact” element.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
