Tentative Schedule: October 7 th – Nominations Committee is elected October 9 th – Candidate Information Sheets are sent out. Those are the applications. October 21 st – Group meeting after chapter, if necessary, to address any questions you all may have. Calling me or emailing me will work just fine (317-512-6661 or [email protected] ) This is also the day where each class will get together again and nominate who they want to see in each position. Nom Com representatives are all in charge of delegating this conversation and writing down who is chosen. This does not mean if someone in that class is not chosen that they can not run for the position. This is just a way to invite women to interview and see that others would like to see them in positions. This slate is then given back to me and I send out emails to women congratulating them and inviting them to interview and fill out a candidate information sheet or decline their nomination.
