A LITERATURE REVIEW ON A CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK 3 A topic of discussion over various administration fields is the degree to which specific hierarchical structures and practices are generally best practice versus dependent upon different directing and relevant components. The Resource-based View (RBV) is a guiding model for human resource management research (Kaufman, 2015). Hong, Zhang, and Hales (2018) study examined which learning groups may prompt increasingly positive results and adds to an organizations execution. Hong et al., 2018 develop a few segments of learning directly through the perspective of learning hypothesis, a theoretical model depicting how information is ingested, handled, and held during learning. Hong et al., 2018 use a subjective way to deal with investigate the obscure factors. Discoveries propose a company's prosperity or disappointment depends vigorously on social contrasts and that interfirm learning can yield beneficial impacts. The populace of this study consists of 23 participants from nine organizations. There were 18 executives, two supervisors, and three managers. The findings from the research suggest that conscientiousness was the most dominant personality trait amongst participants. The limitations of the investigation are the use of the HR or training department, which reduces participants from other departments within the organization — future studies on knowledge sharing character characteristics from different generations across a range of industries.
