This article outlines how cultural genogram can be used as a useful training tool to promote both cultural awareness and sensitivity. To satisfy the needs of an evolving world, it will be essential for family treatment preparing projects to give more prominent thoughtfulness regarding getting ready socially able specialists. Tragically, current endeavors to get ready socially able advisors are skewed vigorously toward advancing social "mindfulness" while ignoring the significance of social "affectability." This happens essentially using multicultural preparing models that depend intensely on furnishing learners with multicultural substance, with far less accentuation upon ace moting significant multicultural encounters. Even though it is valuable for learners to get the presentation to content featuring the exceptional parts of different social gatherings, it is uncommon that such information promptly converts into affectability. The substance centered way to deal with multicultural instruction overemphasizes the attributes of different social groups while overlooking the significance of the learners' impression of and sentiments toward their separate social foundations.
