My personal leadership style explores my quality to inspire others to do something worthwhile. I will explore myself through self-assessments and questionnaires, either support or reject the characteristics listed above. In conclusion, I will divulge how I will apply my findings to my future endeavors as an effective leader. My career path has involved working closely with and taking interest in people, both clients and colleagues alike. In developing my management skills, I continually pursued further ways of improving the effectiveness of these interactions. An efficient leader is defined as a person who is followed by the others. The person who aspired me to be a healthcare leader was the Patient Advocate of Trinitas Regional Medical Center, Tatiana Alcocer. She was capable of inspiring and influencing me and people around her to voluntarily commit towards accomplishing a certain goal. The leadership traits that I found, I have, on doing the Leadership Trait Questionnaire (LTQ) 1 are self- confident, self-assured, deligient , articulate , perceptive and dependable. I think I do believe in myself and I feel secure with self. I am persistent and hardworking and also I feel I communicate effectively with others. I am even consistent, reliable and insightful. On doing the Skills Inventory Questionnaire 1 , I got high scores on human skills and moderate scores for technical and conceptual. I feel I have very high human skills as I adapt ideas to people’s needs, can get all parties to work together as I feel can understand others really well. On the other hand, think I have moderate technical and conceptual skills. I do like getting into details of how things work and I am good at following directions and completing things that I am assigned to do. I am also intrigued by complex organizational problems and I enjoy working out strategies for my organization’s growth. Also, organizational values and philosophy appeal me. I got a

very high score as a supportive leader on doing the Path Goal Questionnaire 1 . I try to reduce my coworkers stress and frustration in the workplace especially when work tasks are dangerous, tedious, stressful and not really intrinsically motivating. According to the Path Goal Theory, the manager establishes the goal for his employees and sets forth the path for achieving that goal. The tasks for manager include clarification of tasks,
