"They found out that in about half the states, the one fourth of schools districts with the highest share of poor students had less in state and local dollars to spend per pupil than the one fourth of districts with the lowest share of poor students." /Michael Engel- pg. 126 What I think it's significant about this argument is that a lot of high paid districts in education, they have money in the suburbs and in the city except in their own districts in education. As the poor in the low population have better districts. As the education trust analyst note though it costs more, not the same to provide an equal education to poor children in education in their districts. The most interesting thing I have learned from the reading is that in a lot of states people have higher paid districts with low minorities in the districts. Some Districts have better education and some don't they have a lot of money but they are bad in their educational system in their districts....
