1. Determine project costs Review the case study information and the Conference Plan Brief (Appendix A) and Conference Program (Appendix B). Review the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) included in the conference plan brief and do research in the internet to establish an estimate of the costs of the activities included in the WBS The organisation’s policy and procedures stipulate that you are to provide an estimate of costs using a bottom-up estimating technique. Keep in mind that this will be a draft estimate. It will be reviewed by the Project Manager and then the Project Team. Use the Project Cost Management Plan Template (Appendix C) to guide your work. Save this document as Draft Project Cost Management Plan. Appendix C Manager Networks Leadership Conference 2019: Leading in the twentieth century Project Cost Management Plan Introduction Manager Networks is organising a conference so that this project cost management plan will be developed to estimate costs using the bottom up technique and analyse the resources required to carry out successfully the project.
