NUREMBURG LAWS ON REICH CITIZENSHIP What it is: Reich Laws to define citizenship. Section 1: a. Who is indebted to the State: Person of Reich that enjoys their protection b. How you're defined as a Peron of Reich or not: their law. Section 2: a. Their law: A Reich citizen is of German or related blood who proves by conduct loyalty and fitting of the German people and Reich b. Citizenship means having a Reich Citizenship Certificate c. Only Rich citizen has full lawful political rights Section 3: a. Reich Minister enforces this law with Deputy of the Fuhrer 2. NUREMBURG LAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF GERMAN BLOOD AND GERMAN HONOR What it is: Reich laws for keeping German blood pure because it's essential to German existence Section 1: a. Marriages between Jews and German or related blood aren't allowed. Those that happen aren't valid b. Annulment can be initiated by the State Section 2: a. Sex with Jews is forbidden Section 3: a. Jew households can't employee German women under 45 Section 4: a. Jews cant fly Reich flag or colors or National flag b. They can display Jewish colors (right protected by the state) Section 5: a. Anyone who violates Section 1 will go to prison or into hard labor b. A male who violates Section 2 will go to prison or into hard labor c.
