Sunday, September 12, 2016 I went to my first New York Giants football game. It was cold
outside and the wind was blowing viciously. It was around 12:30 in the afternoon and you could
finally feel the suns heat on your skin after a very chill morning. Everyone was finishing up
tailgating and is heading inside to go get their seats and watch the warmups. The Giants were
playing their NFC East rival the Philadelphia Eagles who were sitting at a 2-3 record while the
Giants were at 3-1. The stadium smelled of popcorn and Bud light. All the fans were screaming
“Fuck the eagles” so of course I joined in. We found our seats which were 10 rows up from the
field so I had a great view of everything. I went down to the first row and was right in front of
our star Wide Out Odell Beckham JR who as normal doing his crazy 1-handed catch warmups in
the famous Pepsi corner. With about 10 minutes left before quick off both teams headed towards
their locker rooms. Once the game finally started the stadium was rocking with people screaming
and stomping their feet. The Eagles won the coin toss and decided to defer giving the ball to the
Giants to start. The Giants took the ball out to the 23 and started the drive with a quick slat across
the middle to Odell for a first down. “Now that’s how to start a game” my dad said, I had to

7-0 to start the game. When the Eagles finally touched the field the “boo’s” grew so loud my ears
were ringing. The Eagles started with a Draw play up the middle for 3 yards. After two run plays
the Eagles finally went to the air game but on Eagles QB Carson Wentz’s first throw he threw an
interception giving the Giants the ball back. The Giants went back down and scored again giving
us a 14-0 at the end of the first quarter. When the Eagles got back on the field they started with a
pass play. Wentz dropped back three steps and rolled to his right. The Giants best defensive
linemen Jason Pierre Paul was rushing from the right side and coming towards Wentz. Wentz
