Jack Fitsimmons Quick Book Notes How to get around QuickBooks Accountants In the clients tab you will see three additional tabs, “Bookkeeping, Payroll and Tax” You can click on any client’s name to open a secondary window with more information about the client. IN this window there are 4 additional tabs: 1) Notes 2) Bookkeeping: click bookkeeping and QuickBooks displays the account watch list, this provides you with the a snap shot of the clients account list , the account balances, and the last reconciled date. 3) Payroll: This displays a variety of information about the next and last pay dates and any recent tax payments that have been made by your client 4) Shared documents: in this window you can upload documents related to the client, they can upload documents and are displayed on this window
Jack Fitsimmons Quick Book Notes Adding Team Members: 1) Click “Team” 2) Click “Add user” 3) Enter user details 4) Click next 5) Specify access to firm administration and books 6) Click next 7) Specify client access 8) Click save Team member will accept invite in their email and be added to your team in QuickBooks ProAdvisor Centre Connecting to you clients: 1) Client invites you from their QuickBooks file. You accept their invitation and they’re added to your client list 2) You set the client up from scratch after which they’re automatically added to your client list
