Saint Leo CRM 350 Midterm Describe in detail the two forms of justice. As you define each one, use specific examples in your explanation. Part of being a member of the society fundamentally entails a will to accept that the goods in a society are distributed through a specific means. Distributive justice, therefore, refers to a concept which assesses the ownership of goods in the society. The assumption is that there is fairness in the way goods are distributed. Equal work implies that individuals should have an equal outcome in regards to the acquired goods. But this does not apply in the case where equal work does not result in equal outcomes, or when a specific person acquired more or less goods. For example, when one works the same job but longer hours and still receives the same payment as the one who worked fewer hours. Corrective justice is an interesting doctrine in legal theory which is associated with the reversal of wrongs. It contributes significantly in various fields, including contract law and tort law among others.
