Quantity takeoff (Lecture-Discussion 2 hr, activity 2 hrs). Lettergrade only (A-F).Prerequisite: CEM 225.Introduction:Study of construction practices pertaining to commercial projects. The course exposes students to different types of foundations, formwork design,and concrete construction. The course also presents fundamentals of blueprint reading.
