My Original Diet goals were: Daily Diet Personal Goals: Eat 2 cups of vegetables Limit bread to 1 slice Eat 3 cups of mixed fruits Drink 32 ounces of water Weekly Diet Personal Goals: Eat 12 ounces of lean meat (Chicken) Eat 10 ounces of salmon Drink 16 ounces of a green smoothie Eat 12 cups of vegetables Semester Diet Personal Goals: Limit sugar (sweets) to 100 grams Replace fast food with sushi Replace pop with lemon water My original exercise goals were: Daily Workout Goals: 1 mile of running 30 reps of dumbbell side bends 45 reps of crunches 45 seconds of the plank Weekly Workout Goals: Run 7 miles on treadmill Do 3 miles of elliptical Do 4 hours of yoga class Semester Workout Goals: Do cardio everyday (1 mile) Strength training up to 35 pounds 3 times a week Go to yoga class 32 hours a month Overall I have been pretty impressed with myself. For my diet goals, I have been following this plan majority of the time. There have been a few times where I have slipped up and had a cheat meal here and there.
