INTRODUCTIONThe method of studying culture and behavior of organization is referred as theorganizational behavior. Again, it is a study of organizations employees to enhancetheir abilities and performance. The primary duty of any leaders or manager’sresponsibility is to understand and appreciate the behavior of staffs.. To execute thereport the selected company is UK based company named as PureComms which isoperating in telecommunication sector. The annual turnover of this company isapproximately £ 26 Million. In this study, the impact of politics, power and culture onthe behavior of staffs and managers of PureComms will be analyzed. To inspire thestaffs for better productivity, this study will also demonstrate the content and processmodels of motivation. Furthermore, the effective and ineffective teams with ideas andviewpoints of organizational behavior will also be analyzed. 3| P a g e
