Corporate Policies 1) Techfite will compensate employees up to 24 paid hours annually to give back to the community on behalf of the Company. 2) Techfite will partake in employment and fair labor best practices. 3) Techfite will offer leadership development training and educational credits to all employees. A1.Rationale 1) The motive of Techfite’s paid volunteer time off (VTO) is to assist Dellberg residents in need, as well as, community involvement that promotes the Company’s commitment to the cities where they have a presence. It also provides employees with a unique opportunity to become more involved with Dellberg residents and activities that are fulfilling and inspirational. Volunteer opportunities are also beneficial to the leadership development of employees by promoting collaboration and decision-making that emulate corporate practice. 2) By promoting fair labor and employment best practices, Techfite is empowering all employees, from the CEO down, to make ethical decisions and follow the law each day. Making the right ethical and legal decisions will help Techfite in creating a plan to structure employee hours due to the maladministration of funds within the company. These practices may possibly assist the company in avoiding legal action from employees. 3) The Company will offer tuition reimbursement and internal Leadership Development training to encourage employees to participate in higher education and training to increase their effectiveness within the Company.
