hello!! yes although this took me 10 times to get right, i finally got it perfect. thank you so much for this tutorial its such a fun way of changing up your look for the summer! so this is how i mastered this technique... 1) first i would choose an image online and print it out, for me it worked with any type of printer ink or lazer. make sure the image has no background or take the background off using microsoft. (pinterest and vsco has some really cute designs man) i cut the image out to a reasonable size that could fit in the palm of my hand. 2) i sprayed the paper with perfume, i used bath & body work's body mist in pretty as a peach. then i placed the image in the water that i microwaved for 1 minute. once placed in the warm water i waited 3 minutes for the paper to soak. 3) then i sprayed the skin with perfume, and i immediately took out the paper and placed it on the
