QUALITATIVE ANNOTATED BIBILIOGRAPHY 2 7.4 Qualitative Annotated Bibliography Analysis Article 1 Case Study. The research efforts of Creto (2005) preform the case study on the research available for teachers and their first year mentors. This case study seeks to uncover the differences between existing articles and direct efforts to fully capture the art of mentoring and build unity with teachers and mentors (Certo, 2005). In an effort to eliminate or reduce potential bias, the researcher remained sensitive to impact, analysis and used a HyperRESARCH tool to cross- examine articles (Certo, 2005). If I were to use this article to support my research efforts for long term care facility medical care I would be able to apply the techniques of mentoring within the article to relationships between staff and patients or staff on staff in various capacities. This article is very useful to explore the topics to build unity through mentoring. Article 2 Ethnography. The peer reviewed journal by Pigg (2013) puts focus on understanding of global health, public health and policy inclusion while promoting efforts to interact and bring people together.
