Introduction The purpose of this article is to answer a few questions on biases, prejudices and discrimination. One will assert as to whether one has any of the biases mentioned in Chapter 1 and 3 of (Powell 2019). One will also provide some example of why one chose the responses documented. Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Some of Powells finding on biases, prejudices, discrimination and diversity matched with mine some did not. While working at a prestigious university in NYC at a Financial Aid Office one learned very quickly that prejudices and biases were intolerable and could be punishable especially in the line of work one was performing. Chapter one of (Powell 2019) provided views on the differences between men and women and their roles and experiences in the workplace. “One agrees with the fact that there is still a huge amount of work to be done in terms of equality regarding the pay gap between men and women.” (Powell 2019) One also agrees with the fact that “women are still crowded into specific job classifications.” (Powell 2019). On the other hand, one disagrees with the notion that men have completely different experiences at the workplace. A gentleman once told me a story about a situation he was having with his immediate
