See example in the manual page 47. Content: a. What was tested for what kinds of compounds, using what kinds of solvents/solutions, for what purpose? (in reference to the known compounds) b. What was done to the unknown and what was learned about it as a result? Analysis of Results: For each known compound H 2 O Et 2 O aq. HCl aq. NaOH aq. NaHCO 3 Description of solubility behavior conclusion Interpretation ...... a separate statement is written for each known compound. The statement concisely summarizes the solubility data, and shows how it relates to the size, shape, functionality and molecular interaction of the known compound.
