Phases of Community Analysis The four stages of community analysis include laying the foundations, planning, gathering of the information and finally, acting on the findings (George, Mehra, Scott and Sriram, 2015). The initial phase which is laying of the foundation entails setting of goals and the establishment of roles. The stakeholders are identified at this stage, and their functions are also clarified. The purpose of carrying out the community analysis is recognized here, and the context of the situation is highlighted clearly. The second stage is the planning process. This consists of developing the methods that will be used to collect information, identifying and gathering the resources required, and coming up with a plan of how to analyze the information once collected. The third phase is the actual gathering of information. Once the information has been collected, it needs to be analyzed and interpreted to understand what they mean. The final stage is acting on the findings. This involves sharing the information
