Michael Lavallee September 13 at 1:02 PM Hi Christine, I also chose the EEOC v. Waffle House for this weeks discussion. I was surprised to hear that the arbitration agreement decision is kept private. I can see keeping personal matters private, but when it comes to examples of public issues, that could affect multiple people, then I believe, that information should be made available. There are several benefits to arbitration proceedings, however, in the cases where large companies are going after low wage employees, these employees usually get taken advantage of, and do not get a fair decision. Thank you, Mike LaVallee View profile card for Christine Narvaez Christine Narvaez September 15 at 7:55 PM Hi Mike, I actually like that arbitration is private. There are times when things don’t need to be available

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
