Hifza Abbas Mir || Ranjit Kaur || Mazher Abbas || Mukesh Kumar || Project 2 PROJECT AIM/OBJECTIVES AND PROBLEM Communication is defined as one of the important need of the organisation and it is indicated that with the passage of time the demand of communication is dynamically increasing [ CITATION dai2017china \l 1033 ]. There are different types of tools, techniques and approaches that are presented within the context of communication as mentioned in [ CITATION khairi2015empirical \l 1033 ]. It is indicated that in every aspect of life there is a need of communication as mentioned in [ CITATION davis1993user \l 1033 ]. Software companies throughout the globe are focusing on the context of adopting technology that can helps in streamlining the communication processes and it is indicated the if the communication processes are properly conducted there is a problem that better decision making can be performed and to some extend the conflict can also be resolved.
