Experimental Method In this experiment, we used conductive paper laid on top of a corkboard. The conductive paper marked with conductive ink was connected to two points determined by two metallic push pins. These pins were then connected to a DC power supply (HY1522A) using red and black banana jacks, voltage probes, electrodes. Comparison Results The results for Table 1 averaged 7.302,6.924, 5.060, 3.189, 1.277 respectively. Table 2 demonstrates the finding for the electric field at different points. This should have been uniform throughout the parallel plates, however in Table 1, C:1, there was a fluctuation in voltage that greatly affected the potential difference and electric field at that point. This could have been caused by the conductive paper being used by other classes and causing a change at that point. In figure 3, the electric field vectors went away from the positive charge in the center. Also recorded is the equipotential lines in red which are perpendicular as expected. On table 3, the final value

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
