In 1948 the UN general assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which laid down the fundamental rights and freedoms of all human beings. The three articles that I find particularly important are articles 1, 2 and 5. Most of the rest of the articles build upon each other therefore they are particularly related. Article 1 Right to Equality indicates that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are all entitled to protection and respect. This is article is based on brotherhood and unity of all human beings (The UDHR Document. n.d.). It is the most fundamental human right and strongly related to article 2 in regards to being against discrimination. Article 2 titled Freedom from Discrimination indicate that humans right are universal and are to be applied to all human beings regardless of race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status (The UDHR Document. n.d.).

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
