He was the first to encouraged me to start the journey of becoming a nursing leader. He explained how his master’s program changed his thoughts and made him a better nurse and leader. Drew shared with me what he values in a leader and what he sees in me. He informed me I will be able to shadow him as to see what he has to do on a daily bias, a mentor.
