However, business leaders, environmentalists and other stakeholders must face the big challenge about solving the problem of scarce water and land. Managers must face wicked problems like ill-formed, fuzzy, and messy. The author also discusses a way called Community of Practice (CoP) which helping agribusiness leaders control wicked problems effectively by using environmental management and ecomomic performance.
