However, no monetary values will be assigned to thebenefits. Since this method does not reduce benefits to common units, it will only be projectspecific.As for cost-benefit analysis, benefits and costs will be converted into common units. This methodwill allow for comparison. Nevertheless, benefits and costs that cannot be expressed into dollaramounts cannot be compared and will be excluded from the analysis.
