College Success SkillsIn my opinion, the skills you need to be successful in college are being responsible, be communicative, manage your time, be on time, be flexible, adjust to changes, work under pressure, be independent, have good manners, be organized. You also need to be open minded, use your critical thinking, have good grammar, excellent email etiquette, have good manners on the phone (text, calls), and make a good first impression. There are so many skills and things youneed to be successful in college. Most of those skills are to be used in the work field. Is you’re not responsible, don’t know how to manage your time, have poor manners, are not organized, etc. then you’re going to have a lot of problems in your professional life and wont be able to achieve your goals. These skills are needed not just for college and work, but for everything you do in life. Imaging you having different task at work or college and be all over the place and managing your time correctly. Most likely you won’t do good.
