The Paper Paper (Due April 14) Frame the analysis around course themes and use section headings Coupling Children and relationships Household divisions of labor, etc. Integrate course readings, class discussions, and 5 outside articles within the life course themes identified Conclude with a reflection on how your life plans and future family may correspond or deviate from observations in readings and interviews Include a bibliography Note- Do not simply transcribe the interview or submit disconnected summaries of articles. Write a paper that highlights your ability to frame your “case study” interview in accordance with sociological perspectives, research, and theories about how families develop over time - and in their historical contexts.

John and Cleo got married in 1995 and live in Ithaca, NY. Both have a Master’s degree in business. At the time they met, and for the first couple of years in the marriage, both worked and earned comparable wages in similar jobs.
