PROCEDUREChanges made were order of steps followed.60 mL of deionized water is measured using a graduated cylinder and then poured into a 250 mLbeaker. The beaker with its contents must be measured and recorded using an electronic balance.The weight of the Alka-Seltzer tablet must also be measured and recorded using a weigh boat.The tablet must then be dropped into the beaker and stirred to make certain that the reaction iscomplete before proceeding.Once the reaction is complete, the beaker and its contents need tobe weighed and recorded using an electronic balance. Wash and rinse the beaker to ensure thatthe next measurements are not affected. Repeat the experiment 5 more times while decreasingthe amount of deionized water by 10 mL and increasing the amount of vinegar by 10mL eachtime. The beaker should always have 60mL of contents inside. After completing themeasurements, calculate the mass of the carbon dioxide generated and NaHCO3reacted as wellas the percent by mass of the reacted NaHCO3in the tablet.
