TRAINING REGULATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION PAINTING NC III SECTION 1 CONSTRUCTION PAINTING NC III QUALIFICATION The Construction Painting NC III Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve and that will enable him / her to erect scaffolds and platforms, estimate paint requirement, prepares concrete, wooden and steel surfaces for re-painting and / or re-touching work and perform re-painting / re- touching works. This Qualification is packaged from the competency map of Construction – Civil Works sub-sector as shown in Annex A.
