After the world war II, there are the significant formations that have influenced the middle east in that period such as; new civic order, the end of depression, the rise of Pan-Arab nationalism, cold war, the Palestine-Israel issue and the Arab war with Israel. - With these major change, but the Anti-colonialism remained the same. we also can say that it this period was ultimately more successful because it was a wave of anti-colonialism movements, resistance and political parties take over different cities. - The major changes; Rise of Pan-Arab nationalism; The rise of nationalism of the Islam knowledge. Pan-Arab nationalism and regional nationalism (units all the arab under one nation) both become powerful ideology in this period and often combine with anti-colonialism A new Civic order The norms and institutions that govern relations among the citizens and between citizens and state Increased Urbanization and politicization. New; goverement provides much more to it citizens; land, employment, education and become more involved om what you can and can’t do. While the citizens give more to goverement and is more involved on the actions of goverement and loyalty become more important Old; protection from the state in exchange for loyalty (although loyalty wasn’t that important as long as you gave money the money) and money from the goverement (tax). Cold war Because of the fall of the old power, a new cold war dynamic is established which was as a new form of imperialism.
