The article will be maximum 10-pages A4 size, in one and a half line spaced Times New Roman 12-point font, with one-inch margin all around. The final article must strictly follow all specifications. Topic: Trends that shape the future of the construction industry Whether in Singapore or overseas, the construction industry is undergoing disruptive changes; although it is still in its early stages of transformation, the stakeholders in the industry are anticipating more breakthrough in mind-set and technology that will shape the future of the construction industry. The impact would be improvement in utilization of natural resources, manpower and technologies that will yield higher productivity in construction projects. The trends in shaping the future of construction has been highlighted in the industry agenda report1 of the World Economic Forum. It is recommended that each student read this publication or other relevant references before the first face-to-face class where you are required to select topics for your GBA.
