This is an issue as both Primicare and Doomore does not use the same form of patient ID. The Primicare lists has the patients by their first and last name while Doomore does not have list by first and last name.Do you think either the Hospital or the Doctor’s office, could improve upon their drug allergy system tables and use of them?
