Chapter 4 SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS This chapter presents the summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations derived from the results of the study. Summary The study was conducted in order to determine the leadership tendency of UM business students. The descriptive statistic method research was utilized and F-test to accept or not to accept the hypothesis and to determine the significant differences. The research was conducted on December 13, 2018. 1. Based on the analysis of data, these findings were drawn. In the profile of respondents in terms of age, ages 31 years old and above have higher frequency of 53, equivalent to 53% than ages 18-30 years old which has a frequency of 47, equivalent to 47%. In terms of sex, the result shows that 61 out of 100 respondents are male and is equivalent to 61% while 39 out of 100 are female and is equivalent to 39%. As to the program, the Human Resource Management got the highest frequency with the percentage of 54%, then followed by Financial Management and Marketing Management both got the percentage of 21%.
