Chapter 4SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONSThis chapter presents the summary of findings, conclusions andrecommendations derived from the results of the study.SummaryThe study was conducted in order to determine the leadership tendency of UMbusiness students. The descriptive statistic method research was utilized and F-testto accept or not to accept the hypothesis and to determine the significantdifferences. The research was conducted on December 13, 2018.1. Based on the analysis of data, these findings were drawn. In the profile ofrespondents in terms of age, ages 31 years old and above have higher frequency of53, equivalent to 53% than ages 18-30 years old which has a frequency of 47,equivalent to 47%. In terms of sex, the result shows that 61 out of 100 respondentsare male and is equivalent to 61% while 39 out of 100 are female and is equivalentto 39%. As to the program, the Human Resource Management got the highestfrequency with the percentage of 54%, then followed by Financial Management andMarketing Management both got the percentage of 21%.
