Ahmed Aledreessi  E00679959 COB 200 13/11/06 The Internet, Marketing and Me Before introducing my article, I just want to give a brief idea about the internet  revolution and its effects on us. The internet has been growing dramatically within this  century and so far it has proven its total effects. We can really see from the huge  number of internet browsers that it has been influencing people. Nowadays people really  get attracted to the internet and as the days go they get more attached to it. Personally,  the internet has been a major factor in my life. I do almost everything online. I shop  online, I do my bank operations and I search for information online. As a matter of fact,  almost half of my friends do exactly the same. This doesn’t really surprise me since  knowing that internet basically control almost every aspect of our lives and that is what  my article is about.  When I was looking  through the “internet”, I saw an article that gained my  attention   and   the   title   was   really   attractive.   The   article’s   title   is   Globalizing   business,  education, culture through the Internet. (The Next 50 Years: Our Hopes, Our Visions, Our Plans).   Of  course whoever reads the title might get a general idea about what does the article focus  on.   This   article   basically   focuses   on   three   mean   criteria;   Globalization   business,  education and culture through the internet. I’m only going to focus on the first two  because it attaches to my area of interest.
