ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION 2 Environmental Protection – Environmental Victory 1. The idea of global warming has not been universally accepted. Discuss how the law must balance competing scientific opinions and make decisions in light of uncertainty. How should this be done? The idea of global warming may not be accepted by all but there are clear facts that the excess emissions of greenhouse gases are detrimental to our Earth’s ozone layer. Scientists need not have to fight to ensure that the government is acting in the best interest of the environment that we live in. The EPA should work with the environmentalists to come up with effective and realistic ways to ensure that we are limiting the amount of pollution that is emitted from corporations engaging in their duties of business.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
