T L C A N O R U S M C A A N D M E X I C O After a one-year negotiation, Mexico, the United States and Canada, it was possible to reach an agreement and end up replacing NAFTA with an "improved" one. The famous USMCA United States Mexico Canada Agreement. According to a survey conducted by Defoe between September 22 and 24, only 39% of respondents said they had heard about NAFTA. That is, only four out of ten people. This implies that the process of discussion and renegotiation of NAFTA has been unknown to more than half of Mexicans. On the other hand, of those who have heard of NAFTA, 69% said they agreed to continue being part of that trade agreement. This is despite the fact that, more than half, 55% said that the United States has benefited more from the trade agreement than Mexico (36%) or Canada (10%).
