Thailand has a constitutional monarchy where the country has a king, but they govern within set limits of a constitution/legal framework. The government has three branches- executive, legislative, and judiciary. In Thailand the king and prime minister are the heads of authority. The King is Maha Vajiralongkorn and the prime minister is Prayut Chan-o-cha. 10
