Creating the Attachment for your Email Assignment Ensure that your document is, on the one hand, linked clearly to your email message, referring to it as an attachment in the email message, as well as referring to specific Figures. On the other hand, also ensure that this document is comprehensible to a reader without your email message, just in case it becomes separated from the email. In other words, it should be comprehensible as a stand-alone document. Formatting the Attachment Provide a title at the top of the page along with a brief introductory statement. Use white space judiciously around the illustrations to make your document pleasing to the eye avoid crowding that detracts from the professional appearance of your document or that may confuse or distract readers. Judicious use of white space allows the reader to see the overall organization of your document. This is also true of white space accompanying headings and subheadings.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
